Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
How does the upgrade billing work?
When you upgrade, we calculate the remaining days in your current cycle and charge the price difference proportionally.
Do Credits expire?
No. Your Credits balance never expires. Even if you cancel and resubscribe later, your Credits remain available.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your service continues until the end of the billing cycle. After that, data is retained for 30 days. You can resubscribe anytime to restore access.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Annual plans can be refunded on a prorated basis.
What happens if I cancel an annual plan midway?
We refund the remaining unused months, adjusted for the monthly price difference.
