What is PeopleClaw?

PeopleClaw is a private AI assistant available at peopleclaw.ai. When you sign up, you get your own isolated instance — your own AI, your own data, your own workspace. It’s not a shared chatbot. It’s yours.

The service is powered by OpenClaw and gives you access to 99+ AI models, code execution, persistent memory, and more — all through Telegram (with more platforms coming).

Using the Service

By using PeopleClaw, you agree to these terms. Pretty standard — but we’ve tried to keep them human-readable.

What you can do:

• Anything legal and reasonable
• Use your AI assistant for personal or professional tasks
• Run code, analyze data, write content, get answers
• Store files and have conversations in your private instance

What you can’t do:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Spam, abuse the system, or try to circumvent limits
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service
• Use it to violate any applicable laws

Your Account

You’re responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials safe. Each account gets one isolated AI instance — don’t share access or try to create multiple free accounts.

Payment

We offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months, but we’re reasonable — reach out if there’s an issue.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we can’t promise 100% uptime. There’s no SLA for the free tier. Paid plans get priority support and better reliability, but things break sometimes — we’ll fix them as fast as we can.

Your Data

Your data is yours. We don’t read your chats, we don’t train on your data, and we don’t sell it. See our Privacy Policy for the full details — it’s worth reading.

AI-generated content may contain errors. Please verify important information before relying on it. We’re not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

Changes to These Terms

If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via email or Telegram at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Termination

Either of us can end this at any time. If we need to terminate your account (other than for abuse), we’ll give you 30 days notice so you can export your data. If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Our total liability won’t exceed what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
