Privacy Policy

TL;DR — The Important Bits

  • Your data belongs to you, not us.
  • Chat history is stored only on your dedicated instance — not shared with anyone.
  • We do NOT train on your data.
  • We do NOT sell or share your data.
  • Each user gets a completely isolated environment.
  • You can delete or export all your data at any time.

Who We Are

PeopleClaw (peopleclaw.ai) is a private AI assistant platform. We believe your AI should work for you and that your conversations and data should stay yours.

What We Collect

We only collect the minimum necessary to run the service:

  • Account info: Your name and Telegram ID (to connect you to your instance)
  • Usage stats: Message counts, model selections, session timestamps (so we can enforce plan limits and improve the service)
  • Payment info: Handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details

What We DON’T Collect

Let’s be crystal clear about this:

  • We don’t read your chats. Your conversations are between you and your AI.
  • We don’t analyze your files. Documents you upload stay in your isolated instance.
  • We don’t build profiles. No behavioral tracking, no ad targeting, no data mining.
  • We don’t train on your data. Period. Your conversations are not used to improve AI models.

How Your Chat Data Works

Here’s the full data flow, with nothing hidden:

  1. You send a message via Telegram → it arrives at our server
  2. Our server stores it in your dedicated, isolated instance (encrypted at rest)
  3. The message is sent to an AI model provider (via ZenMux) for processing
  4. The AI responds → we store the response in your instance → deliver it back to you
  5. The AI model provider does NOT retain your messages after processing

Your chat history lives only on your dedicated server instance. There is no shared database between users. Each user is fully isolated.

Third Parties

We use a small number of trusted services to operate:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. They handle billing securely. Their privacy policy
  • Cloudflare — CDN and security (DDoS protection). Their privacy policy
  • AI model providers (via ZenMux) — Process your messages in real-time. Messages are not stored by providers after processing.
  • Telegram — Messaging platform. Their privacy policy

That’s the complete list. We don’t use analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or data brokers.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • Access: See all the data we hold about you
  • Export: Download your entire conversation history and files
  • Delete: Wipe all your data at any time (use /reset in Telegram or contact us)
  • Portability: Your data in standard formats you can take elsewhere

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or use the built-in commands in Telegram.

Data Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you close your account, all data is deleted within 30 days. We don’t keep backups of your conversations after deletion. Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (like “how many messages were processed today”) may be retained.

Security

We take security seriously:

  • Isolated instances: Each user’s data is in a separate, sandboxed environment
  • Encrypted connections: All data in transit uses TLS encryption
  • Encrypted at rest: Your stored data is encrypted on disk
  • No shared databases: Users cannot access each other’s data
  • Minimal access: Our team only accesses user data for support (when you ask) or critical security issues

Children

PeopleClaw is not for anyone under 13. If we learn that a child has signed up, we’ll delete their account and data promptly.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll give you 30 days notice via email or Telegram before changes take effect. We won’t silently weaken your privacy protections.
